Sabi Sands Game Reserve, the “birthplace” of sustainable wilderness tourism and development in Sub-Saharan Africa, loved by guests and staff alike as a place of wilderness, wildlife and adventure. Home to the extensive Mpumalanga cross-section of wildlife, including the Big Five and various endangered species, the park also shares 50 kilometers of its unfenced boundary line with neighbouring Kruger National Park. Animals pass casually between the two parks, unhindered and abundant.
Elephant Plains Lodge strikes the perfect balance between comfort and affordability, offering guests stunning views of the adjacent river from elegant decks, sumptuous cuisine professionally prepared, and a wine selection straight from their on-site wine cellar. And that’s before the bush adventure even gets a chance to start.
With exciting safari options, professional guides, and the great, wild African bush practically at its door, Elephant Plains lodge is an incredible destination for guests hoping to experience the bush in all its wonder.
Safari accommodation at Elephant Plains is provided in a series of rondawels, each sporting its own air conditioning, coffee facilities, en-suite bathrooms, mosquito netting, and sundeck.
Room is also provided in several luxury chalets and suites, also fitted with air conditioning, as well as fire places, mini bars, overhead fans, safes, tea and coffee making stations and mosquito netting
For a more romantic, personal setting, the Manyeleti Honeymoon Suite is a private unit, boasting some of the most amazing views in the area, as well as its own splash pool and open pavilion area
