Even though you’re a little further out of the town’s buzz than many accommodation establishments in Victoria Falls, the peacefulness, and friendly warmth of the lodge staff more than makes up for it.

They’re decorated in cheerful colours with Oregon pine furniture and have bar fridges, mosquito nets, fans (no air-conditioning) and en-suite bathrooms.
From this vantage point you’re at eye level with black eagles, auger buzzards, gymnogenes, trumpeter hornbills, peregrine falcons and occasionally the rare taita falcon
