Tee off on superb championship courses at Sun City in South Africa and Lemuria Resort in the Seychelles on this exclusive 12-day luxury golfing package. Begin with a four-night adventure at extraordinary Sun City, South Africa's undisputed entertainment resort. You will have access to casinos, huge swimming pools, gourmet restaurants and two Gary Player-designed golf courses.
You can also fit in a couple of game drives in next-door Pilanesberg National Park. Then you will fly to the exotic island paradise of the Seychelles and spend the next seven nights at Lemuria, a luxurious beachfront resort boasting the island's only 18-hole golf course as well as outstanding beaches and crystal-clear waters.

Route & Itinerary

1
Day 1:Transfer to The Palace of the Lost City | 4 Nights
Arrive in Johannesburg and transfer to the Sun City entertainment complex, situated a couple of hours north-west of Johannesburg and next to the Pilanesberg National Park. Your accommodation for the next four nights is the lavish and luxurious Palace of the Lost City Hotel, set at the heart of the resort.

Day 2-4:Play on championship golf courses
Sun City has two superb 18-hole golf courses; each was designed by South African golfing legend Gary Player and the resort regularly hosts top golf tournaments such as the Nedbank Golf Challenge. The 18-hole Lost City Golf Course is both unique and challenging. It features Kalahari-style terrain and incorporates 28 000sqm of water features with real crocodiles at the 13th hole. The Gary Player Country Club Course - with a par of 72 and a clever design of multiple tees - is where the Nedbank Golf Challenge is played. Enjoyable for both the keen novice and the skilled professional, this famous course is a 'must do' for any golfer visiting Sun City.
Away from the fairways you can explore The Palace of the Lost City with its regal elephant statues and huge sun-splashed swimming pools. There are plenty of sporting activities on offer and you can also choose to take a game drive or even an early morning hot-air balloon safari in the next-door Pilanesberg National Park.

Day 5:Transfer to the exotic Seychelles | 7 Nights
Leave the opulent Palace of the Lost City behind and transfer back to Johannesburg after breakfast where you will fly to the Seychelles. Once you have arrived on the main island of Mahe, catch a connecting flight to Praslin Island and a private road transfer to the stunning Lemuria resort.

Day 6-11:Golf in style at Lemuria Resort
Lemuria - surrounded by tropical vegetation and the warm waters of the Indian Ocean - is a multi-faceted resort and home to the only 18-hole golf course in the archipelago. The golf course dips down to the beaches of the Kerlan Coves and challenges all levels of player. Palm trees fringe the first 12 holes, while the rest of the course extends over the steep slopes of a thickly forested hill. When you are not golfing, head out into the water and enjoy snorkeling, wind surfing and kayaking; you can also organise a scuba diving excursion to nearby coral reefs. If you are not feeling so active, then simply relax in the plunge pool, sauna or whirlpool, enjoy a massage or spa treatment or take a leisurely stroll on one of the beaches.

Day 12:End your tour in Mahe
Leave idyllic Lemuria after breakfast and transfer back to Praslin Airport where you will catch your connecting flight to Mahe Island. Your golf adventure ends on arrival in Mahe.

We travelled with Falcon Safaris in Zimbabwe and Botswana for 16 days. Falcon designed a wonderful trip with private guide to the most interesting sites in both countries. The organization of the whole trip was excellent, flights within the country, accommodation and activites. We visited the Great Zimbabwe Ruins, the Victoria Falls Tour and a number of national parks in both countries.

Wonderful trip to Zimbabwe and Botswana with excellent organization and very competent guides
Our Consultant Vimbai was very helpful and accommodating. We stayed at the Elephant hills hotel which was nothing short of amazing.Our activities included a helicopter flight, dinner cruise as well as a morning game drive. All the activities were absolutely amazing.

We worked with Gertrude to schedule and organize everything and she did an excellent job. I asked a lot of questions via e-mail and she answered everyone in a timely helpful manner. Our guide at Victoria Falls was also great. He met us at the airport, provided a thoughtful tour of the Falls and got us to our next guide in Botswana. Our lodgings at River View Lodge were just as described- very comfortable and excellent food. All the staff were so pleasant and helpful. If I had to do it again I would arrange a morning boat ride as well. We only did the sunset boat rides and they were the high point of our entire trip- we saw so many animals and our guide was very knowledgeable. Just a great experience. Our lodgings at Oddball's Enclave was rustic and we loved it. So great to disconnect from the world for a bit. Leo, our guide, was the best - got us out and about, saw fantastic wildlife and got back to camp safely each time. Doc manages the camp so well. This whole trip was planned and organized by Falcon Safaris and we could not have been happier.
Fabulous, well planned trip
Falcon safaris have given my the correct advice with excellent service. The only suggestion will be to work closer with the lodges to confirm bookings as soon as possible. We have booked and pay our deposit a year in advance. We have only receive our final convermation from Chobe Safari lodge a week before departure. I do realize its not within your controle but with limit alternatives and a group of 14 people it becomes an issue to find alternative accomodation if the booking was cancelled.
