Hamilton founded Falcon Safaris in 2004 - based on an idea he had whilst working for the Civil Aviation Authority at Harare and Victoria Falls Airports between 1999 and 2002.

Many guests mentioned the difficulty of obtaining good information on Victoria Falls and surrounding attractions - Hamilton saw the growing use of the internet as a way of providing that information and marketing the numerous Lodges & Camps. Starting off as a Travel Consultant for Island Safari, then a day tours and transfers company, he has seen the company grow into a dynamic Team of Destination Experts who are passionate about selling and introducing Africa to the world. The Company has also enabled him to travel and interact extensively throughout the Country visiting most camps and lodges in the region, and he still handles enquiries personally. A holder of a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with The University of Zimbabwe.

Born and raised in Zimbabwe, I spent much of my childhood in Harare and our rural home Chinhoyi. I had a very strong desire from an early age to spread my wings.

I moved to Victoria Falls in 2002 and started off as a Travel Consultant with Trumpet Safaris. In 2004 I joined Falcon Safaris as a travel consultant and the real adventure began! With my first taste of the industry beyond just Victoria Falls it was here that my passion was set alight. I’ve worked in many roles within the company and that has helped appreciate and understand the industry. I love being part of every process and continue to create unforgettable memories to our every client. A holder of an Honors Degree in Business Administration & Management with Solusi University.

This gentleman has been in the Tourism Industry for the past 20 years. After obtaining his Diploma in Travel and Tourism end of the 90s, he started working for an upcoming Tourism venture at the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town.

Even though he enjoyed The Mother City life as a young man, he always wanted to be home. It didn’t take long before he got a job with one leading Tour Operator based in Harare as a Tours Consultant in a ladies only company. After a brief stint in Victoria Falls in early 2000, he returned to Harare but life was never the same. The Tourism Capital of Zimbabwe kept calling and before long he was back in Victoria Falls in 2005. Since then, he worked for Wilderness Safaris in Groups Department, before moving across to Livingstone to start their new Tours and Transfers office. After 2 years of training a local person to take over, he moved back to Wilderness Zimbabwe as Assistant General Manager in 2008. It didn’t take long before he was promoted to General Manager overseeing the Tours and Transfers offices in Victoria Falls, Livingstone and Chobe. He worked with various renowned operators like Thompsons Africa, A&K during that time. Attention to detail has always been his number one asset. In 2013 he felt he was ready to start his own thing and left Wilderness. It did not quite work out as planned and went back into management. He managed a charter company, went back to Wilderness as Camp Manager. He has done all entities you can think of in Tourism industry. His passion for what he does, experience and exposure is what makes him valuable to this company.

He worked for a famous financial management consultancy firm in Victoria falls Zimbabwe , before pursing his passion in the tourism industry as a financial accountant at Falcon Safaris. His passion is to take the tourism industry to the highest level which will meet clients’ expectations and make them realise value for money. He is self esteemed person who works on a proffessional level.

As Falcon Safaris IT & Web Administrator Kudakwashe is in-charge of web development, maintenance, content management, blog writing/editing, systems management and IT related work.

He has been with Falcon Safaris for more than 5 years having joined soon after his internship with The Company. Over the years Kudakwashe has grown to understand IT as a useful tool in the Tourism Industry. He is a young and passionate individual with a great understanding of IT in Tourism. He is a qualified personel in Information Technology and with numerous hours of other IT, web marketing and analysis courses. Away from work, on his spare time doing the other stuff he likes, you'll find him watching tv, socializing, reading or learning Kiswahili. Also he is a huge fan of the Indian Premier League (Cricket) and Football.

As a young, passionate, and enthusiastic traveler, from a young age, Lynn would grab any opportunity she could get with both hands to travel. This fuelled her interest in the tourism industry and brought her where she is today.

Lynn Mandizvidza is a high school graduate, undergoing an internship at Falcon Safaris as a Travel Consultant and in Web Marketing. Having traveled to 5 top safari countries namely South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe and a beach resort in Mozambique, she also managed to visit some of the top tourist destinations in Africa. By joining Falcon Safaris, the young lady aspires to gain more exposure and assist many potential clients plan their trips so as to have an unforgettable experience and to bring awareness to various locations travelers would not want to miss.

I was born and raised in Masvingo a city which is located in the south eastern Zimbabwe close to Great Zimbabwe the national monument from which the country derives its name.

I attained a degree in B. Admin: Public Management at the University of Pretoria in 2008 and I spend a gap year after finishing varsity. After getting married I then moved to Victoria Falls and in 2011 I joined Falcon Safaris. I started off as an Accounts Bookkeeper and it was in 2014 that I discovered that I had a passion for the travel industry which led me to a career move from accounts to the reservations and operations department. I handle clients’ bookings and ensure that they are picked and do everything as per their itinerary. I am a very ambitious and hard-working person who has gained vast experience over the years and I take pride in doing what I love the most. I have been privileged to have visited most parts of the incredible destinations in Zimbabwe with the most recent trip being the Around Zimbabwe trip which saw us visiting Matopos, Masvingo, Gonarezhou, and Eastern Highlands .This has enabled me to generate the vast knowledge and understanding of what each destination has to offer. With this experience I am now well-equipped in advising our travelers and recommend to them the suitable products to them. Ever since then I have never looked back and over the years, I have added Zambia and Botswana to my portfolio and I intent to expand the destinations to include Namibia and South Africa.

From a very young age, I have always dream of travelling and exploring new places and new adventures. I grew up in Bindura in 80 kilometres aways from the Capital City,Harare. I have been in the industry for over a decade and half. Areas of specialty include, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia, South Africa and Namibia. Victoria Falls has been my home since 2004.

As a travel expert I help in planning and selling best, memorable holiday packages to clients. There is nothing exciting as being part of someone’s successful travel experience behind the scene. I am happy to take Africa to the world and bringing world to Africa.

I grew up in the capital city Harare, then moved to Victoria Falls in my late twenties. I studied Office Administration but got into tourism by ‘accident’.

Since then I have not looked back. Because of the love of what I do and my passion for the job, I cannot trade it for anything in the world. I do not dream doing anything else apart from creating memories for my clients. I love the outdoors, travelling, meeting new people, learning about new places and reading anything to increase my general knowledge. Favorite place in Zimbabwe: I love the unspoiled Gonarezhou National Park. That view of the Chilojo Cliffs take my breath away. I would go there any time!!

My name is Edna Zemba, l have been attached in Tourism for the past 18 years although with different companies, selling activities to the tourist and boat hostess for 6 years.

I have been with Falcon Safaris since 2009 to date, doing meet and greet from Zambia airport, the borders (Kazungula and Livingstone-Victoria Falls Boarder) and from Victoria Falls International Airport, mostly to plan itineraries for the incoming clients. Finally, I am a mother of 3 boys and I have 4 grandchildren.

I am a holder of tour guide license and a medical certificate. With fourteen years of experience and thirteen years I have been working with Falcon Safaris as a tour guide, driving as my duty.

I have travelled most parts of Zimbabwe touring with many clients on our famous Zimbabwe. Touring places like Hwange National Park, Great Zimbabwe, Matopos, Eastern Highlands to mention but a few. I have been also touring to other countries like Botswana and Zambia. I was born and bred in Chivhu. I arrived in Victoria falls in 2006 and I have been based in Victoria falls since then. I am a Christian, blessed with three kids

I am a holder of Tour Guide license and other valid requirements of my profession. With 15 years of experience, 10 of those I have been with Falcon Safaris with tour guiding, driving as my duties.

I have travelled most parts of Zimbabwe with many clients on our famous Around Zimbabwe Tour, notable place I have been to include Great Zimbabwe, Matopos, Eastern Highland, Gonarezhou, Harare among other place. I was born and grew up in Kariba, arrived in Victoria Falls 2 decades ago and have been based in Victoria Falls since then. Personal life, I am Christian married with 2 kids and on my spare time I enjoy playing football.

My name is Polite Moyo, a holder of Launch Master certificate (Boat License) for the past 15 years and a holder of Learner professional License (Lph) for the past 10 years and also a class (1) driver having obtained the License 20 years ago.

I have been attached to tourism industry for almost 22 years, doing touring around Zimbabwe and beyond countries like Botswana and Zambia to mention a few. I have been with Falcon for 5 good years having been attached to other touring companies. I have also done an extensive guiding in the Stanley & Livingston private game reserve and been to Matetsi Game Reserve, done a lot of guiding in the Victoria Falls and Chamabondo parks respectively. I have also captained a 120-seater boat on the Zambezi river for good number of years. Finally, am father and a parent of 2 lovely children.

My name is Esau Banda born and raised in the City of Livingstone. My religion is Christianity and I'm married with 4 kids.

I'm a licensed tour guide/driver with 10 years’ experience and I have worked with falcon safaris for 10 years. I do transfers to Lusaka, Kariba among other places.
