8:00am - 17:00PM
This expedition not only offers game drives through the wild of South Africa and the Tuli Block in Botswana, far away from the crowds but also provides walking and biking opportunities as well. Guided through the eyes of local experts, you will be introduced to a world of wildlife wonders and beyond. With herds of wildlife in the far distance, the silhouette of an ancient gnarled baobab framing the horizon prompted me to quote 'you really know how to find your place in this world in a place like this'.
After your meet-and-greet at Mahe Airport, transfer to the airstrip for a scheduled flight to the island of Praslin where you'll be picked up and driven to Raffles Praslin.
Settle in and spend the rest of the day exploring this luxurious resort, set on the north-east coast of the island.
Situated on the Anse Tamaka, the resort has a long list of activities to entertain you and to help you enjoy the tranquil setting.
With 13 treatment pavilions, there will be plenty of opportunity for you to book a treatment at the Raffles Spa. Located on the stunning coastline of the Anse Tamaka, the spa is a perfect sanctuary to rejuvenate your mind, body and soul.
Take a stroll on some of the other fabulous beaches on the island, explore the prehistoric forest of Vallee de Mai, or book an excursion to a nearby island such as Curieuse or La Digue.
In the evenings, enjoy delectable meals in any of the many restaurants at the resort or in the privacy of your own villa. Afterwards, wander up to the Takamaka Rooftop Lounge for your favourite nightcap.
On your second day, take a ferry from the Praslin dock to La Digue for a bicycle tour of this magical island. Set off with a map marked with the best routes, popular sites and lunch spots, and then cycle wherever the moment takes you.
On your last day, leave from Baie Ste Anne jetty for the crossing to the Special Nature Reserve of blissful Cousin Island, which has an abundance of exotic bird species in its varied habitats. Then sail to Curieuse for a delectable BBQ lunch on the beach while listening out for the distinctive calls of the island's giant tortoise population. After, exploring Curieuse take to the waters off tiny St Pierre Island for snorkelling aming the thriving marine life.
Today you'll transfer back to the airport for a scheduled flight to Mahe where you'll be picked up and driven to the Four Seasons Resort Seychelles.
Enjoy the remainder of your day as you settle in and explore this stunning resort.
Continue your time of rest and relaxation at the Four Seasons Resort Seychelles. Relax on your villa's deck, in your own private plunge pool, or just enjoy the view of the ocean from your bed.
Continue to rejuvenate yourself with a complimentary yoga class, a swim in the main rim-flow pool, or with a walk on the white sandy beach below. For the exercise-minded, the resort has two trails that you can walk or run.
Discover the mixture of Mediterranean and Creole flavours that are a specialty of the resort's chef as you feast at either of the two restaurants. After dinner, head for drinks at one of the resort's two lounges - either up in the foothills or down by the beach.
Your tour ends with a transfer to Mahe Airport and your onward travel arrangements.

We travelled with Falcon Safaris in Zimbabwe and Botswana for 16 days. Falcon designed a wonderful trip with private guide to the most interesting sites in both countries. The organization of the whole trip was excellent, flights within the country, accommodation and activites. The guides were very knowledgable and told us a lot about the countries, their history, people, economy and much more. We visited the Great Zimbabwe Ruins, the Victoria Falls Tour and a number of national parks in both countries.
Rhino tracking was a real adventure! We had tremendous further game drives and saw very many animals - we did the Big Five. We had much more Victoria Falls Activities than planned and enjoyed very much.We strongly recommend Falcon Safaris to everyone planning a trip to Southern Africa and East Africa.
Our Consultant Vimbai was very helpful and accommodating. We stayed at the Elephant hills hotel which was nothing short of amazing. Our activities included a helicopter flight, dinner cruise as well as a morning game drive. All the activities were absolutely amazing.
We worked with Gertrude to schedule and organize everything and she did an excellent job. I asked a lot of questions via e-mail and she answered everyone in a timely helpful manner. Our guide at Victoria Falls was also great. He met us at the airport, provided a thoughtful tour of the Falls and got us to our next guide in Botswana. Our lodgings at River View Lodge were just as described- very comfortable and excellent food. All the staff were so pleasant and helpful. If I had to do it again I would arrange a morning boat ride as well. We only did the sunset boat rides and they were the high point of our entire trip- we saw so many animals and our guide was very knowledgeable. Just a great experience. Our lodgings at Oddball's Enclave was rustic and we loved it. So great to disconnect from the world for a bit. Leo, our guide, was the best - got us out and about, saw fantastic wildlife and got back to camp safely each time. Doc manages the camp so well. This whole trip was planned and organized by Falcon Safaris and we could not have been happier.
Falcon safaris have given my the correct advice with excellent service. The only suggestion will be to work closer with the lodges to confirm bookings as soon as possible. We have booked and pay our deposit a year in advance. We have only receive our final convermation from Chobe Safari lodge a week before departure. I do realize its not within your controle but with limit alternatives and a group of 14 people it becomes an issue to find alternative accomodation if the booking was cancelled.
We love Africa's diversity and create amazing trips for you. With 30+ years of experience, we customize every trip just for you.
