Situated on the banks of the mighty Zambezi River, Caprivi River Lodge invites you to enjoy a relaxing, body and soul experience. With beautiful river views under the shade of old indigenous trees, whether you are a business person, tourist, fisherman or avid bird-watcher, the Caprivi River Lodge is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Kalizo Lodge, meaning place of safety, is indeed a tranquil safe haven. Conveniently situated 40 km from Katima Mullilo and a few hours from the famous Victoria Falls, Chobe Game Reserve and other National parks, it is undeniably the heart of any great adventure.

Nestled among the Acacias and Jackleberry’s, along the lush banks of the mighty Zambezi, lies a small paradise, a home away from home, where you can truly return to nature and enjoy the opportunity to completely unwind whilst indulging in all the African bush has to offer.

Kalizo has the best tiger and bream fishing on the river. The lodge’s well-equipped boats, with rods and fishing tackle, not to mention their experienced guides, will accompany their guests to the best fishing locations on the river.

• Chalet 1 and 2 Sleeps 2 Includes: B & B Rooms :These two-sleeper chalets have single beds with en-suite bathrooms, outdoor showers and river views. Features: En-suite, Single beds, Outdoor shower, River views
• Luxury Tent 3 Sleeps 3 Includes: B & B Rooms : This three-sleeper Luxury Tent has one double bed and one single bed with an attached bathroom and river views. All luxury tents and family units have, mosquito nets, plug points, bed linen and towels , a fridge, a kettle and fans. Features: Double beds, En-suite, Single beds, Fan, Bar Fridge, River views
• Luxury Tents 4 and 5 Sleeps 1 Includes: B & B Rooms : These two-sleeper Luxury Tents have single beds with en-suite bathrooms, outdoor showers and river views. They boast kitchenettes and outdoor braai facilities. All luxury tents and family units have, mosquito nets, plug points, bed linen and towels, a fridge, a kettle and fans.
